Parking fees at the Amphitheater vary per event.

The box office is open day of show only, 2 hours prior to gates opening, and is located in the main parking lot.

The remote box office is open Monday – Friday, 10am to 4pm at 3075 Veterans Memorial Highway, Suite 201, in Ronkonkoma. Tickets for all upcoming shows can be purchased at the remote box office, with reduced fees.

Only ticket holders will be permitted on venue property and in parking lots.

Parking Lot opens 2 hours prior to showtime and parking fees vary by event.

Lawn chairs are permitted on the lawn only.

General Info

The box office at Catholic Health Amphitheater at Bald Hill is open the day of all shows two hours prior to gates opening. Located in the main parking lot at 1 Ski Run Lane, Farmingville, NY.


Will call tickets can be picked up two hours prior to the gates to the venue opening. Ticketmaster is the only official ticketing site for the venue. If you have purchased tickets elsewhere please make sure you have them accessible or have printed copies. We cannot be responsible if you are unable to retrieve tickets that were not purchased from Ticketmaster.

Day of event tickets can also be purchased at the box office if available.

Tickets for all upcoming shows can be purchased with reduced fees at the remote box office located at 3075 Veterans Memorial Highway, Suite 201, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. The remote box office is open Monday through Friday from 10am until 4pm.

Please note that our seating is portable and may vary from event to event. Accessible seating will be designated on Ticketmaster’s seating chart.


ADA Accessible seating must be selected at point of purchase. Ticketmaster is the only official ticketing site for the venue. If you require assistance on the day of a show please visit the box office.

There is designated ADA parking at the venue. All parking is first come, first served, so guests are encouraged to arrive as early as possible to ensure availability.

When necessary, shuttle buses will be provided from the Town Hall parking lot, drop off is at the entrance to parking lot B.

 

Ticket holders who park in the Town Hall lot can walk to the venue. Please use the sidewalk from Town Hall to the your safety do not walk on the roadways that service the venue.

Selling access to a tailgate party to members of the general public either in advance of or on the day of an event.
Selling of products or merchandise.

Only Long Island event Companies / staff is authorized to sell products or merchandise in the parking lots on concert or event days.
Banners or signage recognizing businesses or products may not be displayed.

TAILGATING POLICIES & PARKING LOT GUIDELINES

ONLY TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE PERMITTED ON VENUE PROPERTY AND PARKING LOTS.

THE PARKING LOT OPENS 2 HOURS BEFORE SHOWTIME.

DRONES, MODEL AIRCRAFT, KITES, AND ANY OTHER REMOTE CONTROLLED OR TETHERED FLYING OBJECTS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.

VIP Camping

Tailgating will be permitted in the parking lots with the exception of parking lot B on the North side of the venue.

Parking is on a first come first serve basis in the appropriately designated lots.

While tailgating is permitted in designated locations at specified times, any unauthorized commercial activity is strictly prohibited and is a violation of the law. Individuals and companies are prohibited from selling access to a tailgate party to members of the general public either before or on the day of an event.

Parking Lot Guidelines

Parking lot guidelines have been established in order to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. All vehicles and bags that enter our property and the Catholic Health venue may be subject to a visual search.

ALCOHOL GUIDELINES: All New York State alcohol consumption and distribution laws will be strictly enforced by The Suffolk County Police and the venue security staff. 

CHARTER BUSES: Charter bus parking is located in Lot B

RVs / LARGE VEHICLES: Will not be permitted to park in parking lot A

VENDING / SOLICITATION: Unauthorized soliciting or the collection of contributions, vending, distribution of flyers, or other materials is not permitted anywhere on venue property.

WASTE: Please dispose of all waste materials in the proper trash, recycling, and hot coal containers.

Violating parking lot guidelines may result in ejection from the property, arrest and the revocation of tickets and parking privileges. 

ONE CAR=ONE SPACE

Please be considerate of your fellow guests. Tailgating should be limited to the lined parking space and the area directly behind or in front of each vehicle. Blocking drive lanes is prohibited. Security tailgate patrol will manage the enforcement of the one car-one parking space policy.

There will be strict enforcement of the one vehicle one parking space policy.

Please keep all tables, chairs, coolers, barbecues, etc. within the area near your vehicle and the parking stall of your party. Tents or canopies exceeding an 8’ x 8’ footprint and vehicles measuring more than 18’ in length and/or 8’ in width are not permitted to park in a lined parking space.

Saving parking spaces will not be permitted. Groups desiring to tailgate together should plan to meet in advance and arrive together.

Drive aisles and fire lanes need to be kept clear at all times for free access of emergency vehicles.

Trucks, trailers and other oversized vehicles cannot park in parking lot A due to solar panel height and turn radius. 

Any violation of law or tailgating policies may result in the towing of the vehicle at the owner’s expense, and/or ejection.

BRING YOUR OWN TENT

Any violation of law or tailgating policies may result in the towing of the vehicle at the owner’s expense and/or ejection.

Grills are permitted for tailgating enjoyment, provided guests do so at a safe distance from their vehicle. Use of grills near buildings or in areas where other guests or property may be damaged, is strictly prohibited. The disposal of hot coals in open parking spaces, under vehicles, or next to parked vehicles is prohibited as this may cause car fires.

FOR THOSE GUESTS WHO TAILGATE IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT A MINIMUM CLASS 2A-10B:C FIRE EXTINGUISHER BE AVAILABLE FOR USE IF NECESSARY.

Open fires are not permitted.

Deep fryers or any oil-based cooking or frying is prohibited.

Sound systems must not produce sound in excess of 35 decibels (Town of Brookhaven Ordinance). Anyone using a sound system must face the system towards their vehicle and not in the direction of other guests to avoid causing a negative experience to others not included in the group. 

Trash and Hot Charcoal Disposal

Trash receptacles are located throughout the parking lots and near the entrances to the venue. Please bag and dispose of your trash to make it safer for vehicles exiting the venue after the game.

PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD TRASH IN THE HOT COAL BINS OR HOT COAL ASHES IN THE TRASH CONTAINERS.

FAQ

Food & Beverage & Miscellaneous

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”). No other bags of any type will be allowed.

Trash receptacles are located throughout the Venue parking lots and near the entrances to the facility. Please bag and dispose of your trash to make it safer for vehicles exiting after the concert. If disposing charcol, allow ashes to cool or pour water onto them and stir thoroughly to speed up the process. After the ashes have fully cooled, wrap them in aluminum foil and if possible place them in a small metal container, such as a coffee can. Then dispose of them in an outdoor trash bin. Wrapping the ash in aluminum foil is necessary because it prevents the ash from potentially mixing with other trash that might cause a fire or explosion.

For the safety and comfort of all of our guests the following items are prohibited:

Portable toilets are located on the right side of parking lot A.  Portable toilets for guests with disabilities are available in Parking Lot A.

It is the policy of The Amphitheater at Bald Hill to conduct the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with all applicable laws. The following alcohol service policies are in effect for The Amphitheater at Bald Hill.

The sale and service of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 or any visibly intoxicated person is prohibited. The Amphitheater has trained their employees not to sell alcoholic beverages to a minor or a visibly intoxicated fan.

The legal drinking age in New York is 21. To ensure that minors are not served, The Amphitheater at Bald Hill will require valid photo identification from every guest. Accepted forms of identification include a valid driver’s license with picture, military I.D. with picture, or passport with picture.

A maximum of two drinks may be sold to a guest per transaction; this limit may be modified to less than the specified number at the discretion of The Amphitheater at Bald Hill management for special events or special circumstances.

Alcohol sales at concession stands and in suites will stop an hour and a half before the end of an event, or earlier at Pennysaver Amphitheater management discretion.

Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.

 

Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their ticketed seat.

 

Guests will refrain from conduct not appropriate in a public, family setting.

 

Guests who exit the facility will not be allowed to re-enter to the venue. Guests leaving the venue for exceptional circumstances may be permitted to re-enter provided they have received approval from security or guest services supervisor before exiting.

Guests are not permitted to bring any animals into The Amphitheater at Bald Hill with the exception of guide or service dogs for guests with disabilities.

Guests will enjoy the concert event experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures.

Violating parking lot guidelines may result in ejection from the property, arrest and the revocation of tickets and parking privileges. 

1 VEHICLE = 1 SPACE: All tailgating items must be set up in front of or behind one vehicle. Roadways and additional spaces are to remain clear for fellow guests and emergency vehicles.

The Amphitheatre staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, or other staff member. Guests who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.
